Name a result you can point to when the block ends. “Work on project A” becomes “Open a PR with the login validation.”

Standard keys

Tab / Shift+Tab
Controls → modes → navigation; reverse with Shift.
Enter
Outcome → first action → start. In a session: finish editing.
Enter / Space
Activate a focused button. Space toggles a checkbox.
Escape
Finish editing or close a dialog and return focus.

Keep the timer visible: background sound is not guaranteed. Session: this tab only.
